The Executive Committee is the elected body of officers for the Madison Central High School Band Boosters, Inc., and is responsible for the financial and business operations of the Boosters organization.
As part of its duties, the Executive Committee assists the Directors of the Madison Central Band program with their goals and objectives in order to maintain the Band's "Tradition of Musical Distinction."
The Executive Committee meets regularly in preparation for the monthly Band Boosters meetings, and at times, may be called together for special meetings if deemed appropriate by the Band Booster President and/or Director of Bands.
Elected officers include the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Communications Chair, Events Coordinator, Fundraising Chair, and Travel Chair.
A Nominating Committee accepts nominations for officers each Spring with the election conducted in April.
